Introduction

Welcome to AIBT Campus Sri Lanka.


Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, register for our courses, or communicate with us online.

By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

All students who successfully complete their programme and have made full payment of course fees are eligible to receive the relevant certificates, as detailed below:

 

1. AIBT Certificates

Certificates issued by AIBT will be provided three months after the completion of the course, subject to the approval of the Academic Board.

 

2. Foreign Certificates (Awarded by Partner Universities and Awarding Bodies)

Students are eligible to receive foreign-awarded certificates upon:

  • Completion of all academic requirements as specified by the respective awarding institution, and
  • Full settlement of all course-related payments.
Prior to the issuance of any foreign certificate, all student work from the batch will be evaluated by AIBT’s Academic Board. These evaluations take place four  times per year on:
  • March
  • June
  • September
  • December
 

Certificates from foreign universities and awarding bodies are issued on a batch basis, not individually, unless otherwise approved. Issuance is subject to the fulfillment of all academic and administrative requirements of both AIBT and the foreign institution.

 

AIBT will take all necessary measures to facilitate the timely release of these certificates. Meanwhile, upon successful programme completion, each student will be issued a Letter of Completion by AIBT Campus. With regards to any certificate issues and request for letter of completion , students should only email to certificates@aibt.education. No other forms of communication will be entertained

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our services:

a. Personal Information

When you contact us or register for programs, we may collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Postal address

  • Date of birth

  • Education details

  • Payment or billing information (for course registration)

b. Non-Personal Information

We may also collect non-identifiable information such as:

  • Browser type and version

  • Device information

  • IP address

  • Pages visited and time spent on the site

  • Referral source (how you found our website)

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process course registrations and payments
