Amaradasa with a Lifetime Achievement Award during the prestigious AIBT Campus Graduation Ceremony 2026, held at the iconic BMICH Main Hall, Colombo. The award recognized his outstanding dedication to education and his remarkable contribution to shaping generations of students in Sri Lanka.

The AIBT Graduation Ceremony 2026 was a grand celebration of academic excellence, where more than 600 graduates received their qualifications, including Diplomas, Higher International Diplomas (HID), Bachelor’s Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, MBA, MEd, DBA, and PhD programmes.

Among the highlights of the ceremony was the special tribute to Mr. K. H. Amaradasa, a respected and inspiring educator who served the prestigious Royal College, Colombo for over 32 years from 1971 to 2003.
